18 August 2013 do company send details of all super distributors billings to vat department. or super distributers can omitt certain bills in there vat returns to save vat recieved from micro distributors

19 August 2013 No. There could be no omission on account of bill accounting. The department is sending notices to all assessees on cross verification as to whether the particular (based on TIN) assessee has accounted the same or not.
