old syllabus to new convesion

Nov 2010 was last attempt for Final old syllabus.Now we have to convert to new syllabus. Is there is requirement to getting new registration again for this conversion or just we have to study for new syllabus for giving exam in May 2011. If new regn. is required can u provide procedure for the same.

No need to take new registration in new sylebus.
