Please let me know stamp paper of how much amount is required for giving the declaration for obtaining the certificate of commencement of business in uttarakhand

Generally, Stamp paper of requisite value as required by the Stamp Act of the respective State will be used for declaration.
Stamp paper of Rs. 20/- is enough for such declaration.
