The max. number of directors in a company is 15. Is this number including the independent directors?
Suppose there are 12 directors in a listed company. The company will appoint 12*1/3= 4 directors as independent directors. Now the company will have 16 directors. or will the total be 12 and the company appoints 4 independent and 8 other. Do clarrify
