As per Council General Guidelines dated aug, 8, 2008, Audits under 44AD, 44AE and 44AF will not be included for the purpose of calculation of limit of Audit of 45.
Now there is news doing the rounds that the same has been cancelled and 44AD wii be included in the limit.
Any clarifications on the same please.

Recently one of our friends has got the reply from ICAI that 44AD audit will not be counted for the purpose of limit.
