14 March 2018 My brother is working in foreign ship who’s stay in India is less than 182days now the problem is his salary is getting credited to Indian savings account which is not a NRE account .... now please let me know his tax liability ??

14 March 2018 He is non resident and his salary earned in foreign ship is not taxable in India even if it's credited to Indian bank account.
