NRI salary is exempted or not ? if yes than in which section ??

NRI salary is exempt provided it is earned outside India for services rendered outside India. Refer section 9(1)(ii).

NRI as per Income tax Act and NRI as per FEMA are bit different. Hope you are NRI as per Income Tax Act.
