16 February 2013 NRI (Dubai) deriving salary income from Dubai, what are the tax implications of the same in India as well as Dubai?.

There is no tax implication on salary income from Dubai in India.

Also, Dubai is tax heaven ....so there is zero tax on Salary income in Dubai as well.

In nutshell, Salary income is not taxable.
