WHETHER HE WILL BE NRI.

WHETHER HE CAN BRING ENTIRE AMOUNT EARNED OUT OF INDIA DURING THE FINANCIAL YEAR AS 182 DAYS COMPLETES ON 20TH MARCH.

23 January 2013 Yes, if he is working out of India, it is deemed that he has gone for an employment outside India, and as such he will be treated as an NRI. He can bring the amount.
