Can a NRE be a director or trustee???
Asking from ROC point of view
Do we need to complete some specific requirement as per company law.

An NRI can be a director in a company.He has to take DIN and the company has to file Form 32 before the ROC.
So also he can appoint an alternate director(who is resident in india )to represent him in his absence in india.DIN and Form 32 also applies to alternate director.
