11 May 2017 Income tax liability on NPS WITHDRAWAL BEFORE 60 years

12 May 2017 100% of withdrawals is not allowed, max you can withdraw is 20% if you Quit NPS scheme & rest 80% is converted in Annuity which is taxable. After 10% you can withdraw upto 25% of your contribution which would be tax free. 03 October 2021 As on date 60% of balance is allowed for withdrawal, while remaining 40% is required to be invested in an annuity scheme.
