Notice under section 156 under income tax

I was filled a nill return for AY 17-18 and now i recieved a notice under section 156 .now what should i do .Please someone suggest me .

check the 143(1) intimation received from CPC in your mail and see the difference between assessed Income and returned income if not acceptable then make address your grievance in e nivaran in the income tax portal or in the compliance section
