26 December 2016 Dear sir notice under section 131 is served on me by Asstt. Director (inv) for cash deposit of Rs. 300000 on 10th nov 16. Sums deposited is arranged for my sister marriage which is held on 19.12.16 plz advice me about the case.
I have no ITR and business activities plz help me to explain source of cash deposit.

26 December 2016 you know where you spent it...for sure you should also know where it came from! how is someone else supposed to help you finding source of your own money!

26 December 2016 I am working since april 2016 with 12000 pm on cash basis and i had prevoius savings and collected sums from relatives but deptt is not satisfied salary on cash basis and previous savings

26 December 2016 your employer should be able to issue you the salary certificate and your relatives should be able to justify their ability give you the said sums...

26 December 2016 Yes my employer will issue salary certificate and relatives also justify the amount given on marriage.
