I have received notice (dated 17/10/2016) u/s 139(9) thru email dated 29/10/2016. I missed the 15 days deadline of rectifying return. What should i do now ??..

you have to generate XML by choosing return u/s 139(9)

Login to E filing site and select the menu e file, option is there to file in response to notice u/s 139(9).

Then file return afresh now as original return.
