03 September 2013 Hi, one of my friend got a notice from I.T Dept. stating kindly file ITR for 2010-11, 2011-12, However he already filed ITR for the year 2009-10 & 2010-11. My question is Should he file again ITR for the year 2010-11. & what is the procedure to file ITR for the year 2011-12. His income is nil in this year. But having transaction in Bank A/c for more than 10Lacs, He got notice because of AIR. Kindly guide me in this case......

03 September 2013 if he has filed the return correctly then submit the copy to assessing officer. incase any missing transaction is there then need to clarify with AO for the same
