Our Company company received notice u/s 143 2 for the assessment year 2014-15 return was filed on 28-november-2014, notice is received on 09-09-2015. This notice is served within time limit. Please clarify

The notice you have received is for commencement of regular assessment proceedings, i.e. your file is picked up for scrutiny and you will need to go through the procedure of submitting documents and giving explanation about your income earned to the relevant assessing officer of your jurisdiction in due course.
