03 November 2016 A notice u/s 59(2) of DVAT Act pasted on registered login last month but I have seen it now when I login my id. for filling the return. I also comply the notice now. The officer imposed a penalty of Rs. 50000/- for late complience. What could I do? please

You can file an appeal through CA/CS/Advocate/Sales Tax Practitioner to remove/reduce the penalty.
