3 months back, I had recd notice from ITD demanding me to file return for the A.Y.:2013-14 & fill in the compliance. But I haven't filed yet. Is there any problem?

Necessarily you have to reply online through the 'compliance module' otherwise probing follows.

Hi Ashish,
You will need to reply to the notice by filing your returns, either online or by way of a submission to the income tax officer of your jurisdiction stating your income computation etc.
