Notice Period of board meeting for approval accounts( Qtrly) is also applicable for recent amendement from SEBI notice dated 24 April 2009.

Recent amendement by SEBI in Listing Agreements regarding Notice Period of board meeting are not applicable for board meeting for approval of quarterly accounts.
Notice period is same i.e. 7 days.

Hi,
WE recd one notice from Bangalore stock exhange ltd, regarding recent amendments relating to Equity listing agrrement.
in that letter mentioned that notice period for record date and board meeting has been reduced to 7 working days in respect of record date and in respect of Board meeting reduced to 2 working days for all corporate actions like dividends, bonus etc for all scripts whether in demat or physical whether in F&O segment or not.
My query is that notice period for holding Board meeting ( any corporate actions) is 5 days ( earlier it was 7 days).
