16 September 2017 I have received a letter from AO mentioning ITR not filed for AY2014-15. Can I file ITR now ?. If so can you give any suggestions.

16 September 2017 Yes. If you have NMS notice you can file your return AY 2014-15.... Go to login your ID in ITD...

16 September 2017 Non Filing Monitoring System... If we get any tds deductions and can't file our income tax return. Then the department ll be raise the notice (Your above said way) for NMS. After we ll file return and rectification....

17 September 2017 Notice is issued because you have some FDR or some income on which TDS deducted or you have made some specified transaction exceeding limit. It is just to get the reason why return for that year not filed by you instead of having income.
