02 January 2017 One my friend who provide services of mandap decoration. He get notice from department for non filing of service tax return for last two years. He told me that he has not register for service tax. What is the solution for same?

02 January 2017 Register under service tax pay service tax with interest and file the return for the last 2 years and reply to the notice.
