when there is deliberate omission to give notice of gm , can the member to who did not get the notice still come and vote in the meeting ? what happens in case of auditors? can they take part in meetings?

Yes, he can attend and vote on the meeting, because he has right to vote and attend every meeting of shareholder on taking the shares of the company, unless he is bared by court.


It is non compliance by the company to not sending the notice to shareholders.
