I have filed return online on dated 22/03/2013 for the AY 2012-13, refund claim 12440/- but till date not received. but i have received notice sec. 139(9), but cpc saying that not received ITR V. So I tell you me the return manual deposited to income tax department.

13 July 2013 You can send another copy of ITR-V to CPC.

S 139(9) is for removal of defects. Please provide the details in the manner as required or mentioned in the notice.
