How to write a note on charges created in notes to accounts. Is there any standard sentence for fixed and floating charges created.

No standard sentence. Facts should be drafted in brief without any ambiguity.
Eg:- First pari passu charge on all moveable and immoveable fixed assets
(both present and future) and second pari passu charge on all current assets
(both present and future) of the Company.
