Not Received Provisional ID and Password of GST

I've a client who is registered under Service Tax one month ago now Migration is important but the Provisionsl ID and password is not showing.

You have to apply for fresh registration. Give details of earlier registration while apply for fresh registration.

my client received GSTIN details in mesage but not received user id password mail in e mail id

Same will be mailed on mail id registered on GST Portal.
