not receive tds certificate

my client tds deducted by a company in a/y 2010-11 but till date co.not give us tds certifate and not shown in 26AS.company refuse to give us tds certificate.what i can do against co.

24 January 2011 You may claim the balance money or go to debt tribunal.

Otherwise, If the TDS has not been deducted as per IT provision, you may inform the IT deptt.

24 January 2011 You just make the complaint against the company before the proper incometax authority making a serious allegation under a copy to that company.
