The vodafone , airtel distributer are not paid service tax .they asked that service tax paid by company but the distributer registerd in excise office .whose liability pay service tax in distributers commission billing .

Liability of ST is on the person who is receiving the commission

Actual service tax need to pay by the service reciever, my view in this case actual service receving by the company from the distributor. so liablity on Company only
