Not getting GST provisional user id and password in VAT site

Sir/Madam
for most of clients we got their GST provisional user ID and password in VAT website when we login to VAT, But in some cases its not appearing, only a message is visible stating " enrolled for GST but not yet migrated".
Expecting solution please

any thing pending for VAT? please check with VAT officer of your jurisdiction.

there is no any option, where I can get it without intervention of VAT officers....?

you can apply a fresh......dont go by MIGRATION.
