Not getting GST provisional user id and password in VAT site

29 August 2017 Sir/Madam for most of clients we got their GST provisional user ID and password in VAT website when we login to VAT, But in some cases its not appearing, only a message is visible stating " enrolled for GST but not yet migrated". Expecting solution please
