12 March 2013 ONE OF MY CLIENT A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY IS HAVING STATUS AS DORMANT, I WANT A GUIDELINE HOW TO ACTIVE A DORMANT COMPANY.

COMPANY INFORMATION IS AS FOLLOW:
DATE OF INCORPORATION:19/04/1982
COMPANY STATUS (FOR E FILING):DORMANT

1.FOR ACTIVATING A DORMANT COMPANY STATUS FOR HOW MANY YEARS RETURN COMPANY HAVE TO FILE.

PLEASE GUIDE ME AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE..

I will suggest you that first of all u file DIN 3 of all directors present.

There after u file all pending Annual Filing with ROC. No other form will be accepted.

12 March 2013 From the Financial year, you have not filed Annual Documents.

DIN 3 will be all the directors present. And if any change has been made file forms accordingly.

12 March 2013 Dear,
You can start filing from 2006-07. Though i m not sure but e filing has made compulsory from 2006-07.You can start filing if notice comes from ROC that filing should be started from beginning then file from the date of incorporation because no guidelines has been provided as said by the ROC office kolkata.

You will not be eligible to file Form-61, unless u file DIN 3 of all directors, because after filing DIN 3 they will consider and make your signatory details on MCA portal.
