Non submission of form 112

Im dng dgr final year along vth ca articleship, its been 8 months but i didnt submitted my form 112.Now, i got terminated. As im in search for re-joining, they are asking to submit the form 112. whether i should submit form 112 by attesting from old employer or new employer?

form 112 should be attested by current principal as the main focus is that the other should not create hindrance in your articleship which can be verified by current principal only

You will be required to pay penalty via demand draft & a condonation letter
