Non resident income outside india

01 March 2016 Mr X is non resident in India. He has Income from House Properties in India and Foreign Income and Assets. Which ITR Form do he needs to file for A.Y 2015-16 and though foreign income is not taxable to him, do he need the disclose the Foreign Income and Assets to Income tax Department in India ?
