whether a non-resident(foreignor) person can be appointed as a director in an indiabn comapny. and what document are required for getting DIN of non-resident(foreignor).

Yes a non-resident(foreignor) person can be appointed as a director in an indiabn comapny.
In case of foreign national, certified copy of valid passport should be enclosed with DIN-1. If attestation has been done on id proof and address for foreign national by public notary/gazette officer in india or practicing CA/CS/CWA an attested copy of multiple entry VISA also should be attached.
Other procedures remains same.
