Non-registration of articleship

sir/madam..
I have cleared my IPCC group I.. & I have commenced my articleship since 5th of Feb..& sent the forms in the last week of Feb along with DD & other required documents.. it has been more than a more month now..yet I cannot see my online articleship status as registered..
what do I need to do now?
