Non Receipt of Service Tax

We are the security services providing company.
Our problem is one of the client does not release the service tax amount charged in the invoice along with the inovice payment. They release the service tax amount separtley after 2-3 months of release of invoice payment. What should we do ?

This is the agreement with you & your party. explain the fact to your client and ask them to pay on time

Ask client to pay along with the service Tax. There is no reason of paying service tax later.
If he does not agree, in my opinion, you should trat that part payment has been received and on that payment you back calculate the amount of service tax and pay to the Government.
after two three moths when you receive service tax amount again back calculate the amount of service tax and pay to the Government.
