09 February 2011 I HAVE FILED MY IT E RETURN (Tax Audit Case) FOR ASS.YEAR 2009-10,CLAIMING REFUND OF Rs. 35000/-. IN 26 AS ENTRIES FOR TDS ARE TALLIED BUT NO REFUND ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT TILL DATE, (I HAVE CHECKED THE STATUS OF REFUND, where no record found ) OR ANY INTIMATION RECD.HOW CAN I GET THE REFUND AND WHAT WILL BE THE PROCEDURE ?
