Non receipt of confirmation on form 112

I am Varsha C., registered with SRO0321318 and will be shortly completing my article-ship. As required by ICAI norms, I had filed Form 112 seeking permission for continuing my B.Com course. Further, I had paid an amount of Rs. 1,000 via speed post on 26th August 2014
Unfortunately, no confirmation of the same has been received from the Institute regarding the same. I beg you to enlighten me on what must be done so that I may follow the same and i may be relieved.

yes, already send sir,but not getting any written response till now.however i got a sms regarding remmitance of my late fees of rupees 1000/-.
