Dear all.
i am manufacturer full exporter. but i don't want to paid excise while purchasing row materials. can someone let me know the fully procedure for non payment of excise duty.

Hello Sir,
As your Manufactures and ultimately exporting goods in this case you can buy goods with out payment of Exicse Duty.
You have to follow procedure of CT 1.
Its a details procedure hence unable to explain in short.

can a manufacturer can fill st-1 form for non payment of excise duty.
and also explain me. about form ARE 1 and ARE 2, what is this form use....
