19 February 2015 Dear All,

It's urgent for me.

i had deposited the ITR A.Y 2013-14 & 2014-14 but wrongly AY 2011-12 & 2012-13 ITR not deposit till date. i have got the notice of department for non filing the ITR.
so what can i do

please reply as soon as possible.

can it is possible, i can file the itr AY 2011-12 & 2012-13 without any penality in gurgaon IT department.

19 February 2015 for ay 11-12 lst date for filling belated return is 31.3.2013 and for ay 12-13 it is 31.3.2014 as per section 139(4) so now u cannot file
