13 June 2011 ONE OF MY INDIVIDUAL CLINT DOESN'T PROVID ME ANY REQUREMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF FILING RETURN FOR A.Y.2009-10 AND I COULD NOT FILE RETURN WITH IN TIME. AND HE WANTS TO FILE RETURN FOR THE A.Y 2010-11
WHAT CAN I DO FOR FILING RETURN ?

14 June 2011 You can file return for AY 10-11.

16 June 2011 What mistake he has committed in the past; is not supposed to "carry on" in future.

Hence he should ( can ) file the return of A.Y.10-11

and

don't file the return till he does not give details of A.Y.11-12 also.

Practical Hints :
.
1. To avoid penalty for A.Y.09-10 which might be charged in future by the Income-Tax Department, keep the Computation of Income and Statement of Affairs ready and charge fee for that from the client.
.
2. Warn the client to listen your reminder calls or take away the file.
.
3. Right now he might be in dire need of filing return of income ( otherwise he would not have approached this time also ); hence he will listen all your words.
