Non filing of income tax return

18 September 2013 I have received a letter for Income Tax Deaprtment that i have not file IT Return from f.y.90-10 to f.y. 11-12.Now i would like to ask you that i can file the the return online. and if YES than in ITR which option i have to select under option return file under section.Please give me a reply as early as possible. adn advise me what to do if i can not file online.

18 September 2013 based on the notice from department you can file the income tax return. you can file online with selecting respective ITRs in the website. incase you unable to file, you can submit the paper return with response to notice
