A Private limited company has not filled their Annual Return since last three years. So, what are the consequences now??

If the company has not filed their Annual filing with ROC then such company status will shift from active to dormat.
This status will continue till the date of all filing with ROC.
The director of such company will also not eligible to use their DSC for filing any other forms with ROC.
