Non deduction of tds

21 January 2015 Is there any form other than Form 15g/15h to avoid TDS .
Is there any form called Form E for TRUST.
Please guide

21 January 2015 Form no 13 for NO tds or lower rate of TDS, to be approved by the Assessing Officer of the concerned Jurisdiction.

21 January 2015 no. Form e is under other Act, not under Income Tax Act.
