Any Relief for non deduction of TDS from Transporting payment by Properitor.

Non Deduction of TDS is itself a relief.

Why do you require relief from the "Relief".

A proprietor can pay to Transporter without deducting TDS if he obtains xerox of transporter's PAN Card.

For deducting TDS he should not obtain the PAN No.
