what is the minimum capital required to start an NBFC( Hire Purchase Finance Company)?

there is no minimum capital req.......those of private & public are applicable i.e. 1 lakh for private & 5 lakhs for public.
in case of NBFC u need to have NET Owned Funds of 200 lacs.
in case of NBFC u need to have NET Owned Funds of 200 lacs.
