Non acceptance of confirmation of accounts

A party of mine has sended us Confirmation of Accounts , but we are not agreeing the balance as there is dispute between us over charging of Interest, though we charged till last year ,,, from current year we dont want to show,,,

U have to consult it with the party, or make a contract in written, not to charge interest....

We dont have good relations with them ... Further he owes us actually but in records we owes him , so we does not agree with charging of interest.

If there is a major problem & u think u people r right then u can also take legal action.....
