Please provide me the format of NOC when registered office of a proposed company is owned by any other entity/ Person (Not taken on lease by company).

I ,Anonymous , aged 60 son of (late) Anonymous senior, residing at 10/230, Anonymous apartments, M.G. road, Bangalore -560001,am the absolute owner of the building bearing door no. XX/355, ca Apartments, Club road, Bangalore main P.o, Bangalore- 560025, Karnataka State.
I have no objection in using the said premises by XYZ Ltd, a company proposed to be incorporated under the companies act,1956, as their REGISTERED OFFICE.
