Can any one provide me NOC format for Form 1A?

03 April 2013 You take NOC from the concern Company in Resolution Format:

Resolved that the Company has no objection for using the brand name/proposed name which is already used by our company to carry on business.

Resolved Further That, Mr. ......and Mr........, promoter of the proposed company be and are here by authorised to use such name in your proposed company to be registered with ...........ROC."

FURTHER RESOLVED THAT a copy of the above resolution certified by the Company Secretary or Director be forwarded to promoters of the proposed company.
