Noc for tax audit from previous auditor

06 October 2015 Dear all,
there was audit for FY 2012-13 (conducted by other auditor & in 2013-14 entity is not subject to audit but in 2014-15 the entity is to be audited by the different auditor.
now pls suggest me whether new auditor is require to get NOC from previous auditor????
