if a person's name not metioned as a promoter while filing Form 1A...
Does he has the right to subscribe for the shares, during the incorporation of the company????
if so, kindly provide me the No objection Certificate Format, to be given by the applicant of Form 1A....

In the M.O.A and A.O.A and in e-form-1 the name of the person whose name is omitted to include in e-form 1A can be included and accordingly that person can be a subscriber also for which no objection certificate need not be obtained and filed before ROC.

No standard format. U can prepare a format in letter form containing the full particulars of the subscriber.

As per my experience with Delhi ROC N.O.C. from the applicants of form-1A is required to be attached with form-1.
