02 January 2014 hmmm...well some queries do get left out. But i dont think there is any aversion to answer practical queries. For eg your last query on 194-IA.

194-IA doesnt apply to purchase of machinery anyways. it applies only to immovable properties. Now this query itself should not have been raised had you read the provisions of the section alongwith the explanation provided therein for the definition of immovable property.

With regards to your queries on indirect taxation, I believe it does happen that lot of indirect tax queries go unanswered most probably because there are not many indirect tax experts here in the club.
